We offer free 30-day returns, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable. Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided return label.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
For damaged returns, include clear photos of the item, shipping box condition, and shipping label.
We want our customers to have a great experience, and we will make it right. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If your order is not what you expected and you would like an exchange, we are happy to accommodate.
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
