We offer free 30-day returns, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable. Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  • Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided return label.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • For damaged returns, include clear photos of the item, shipping box condition, and shipping label.

  • We want our customers to have a great experience, and we will make it right. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

  • If your order is not what you expected and you would like an exchange, we are happy to accommodate.

  • The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
