Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
While we are certain you'll love your new Pacifico Modern pieces we do understand that circumstances may arise or design plans may change and you want to return your item. We do accept returns and exchanges initiated within 14 days of receipt of item. Only merchandise that is a standard size ordered from a drop down menu in a listing may be returned. Custom order pieces cannot be returned nor exchanged, as our ability to turn this piece over for resale is significantly diminished. All sales of custom order pieces are final. Returned items must be packaged as to prevent any damage and declared value insurance is highly recommended, as we cannot be held accountable. To initiate a return or exchange please contact customer support, via message or phone at (716) 901-0562, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm EST. Because we've fronted the cost to ship your item the actual cost of the initial shipping label will be withheld from the refunded amount. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back. Please keep in mind that these are very heavy pieces and shipping labels are pricey. We do not issue return shipping labels outside of an error on our part. Once an order is received back a due credit will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be posted to your original form of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made due to incorrect size or change in wood species or color, as long as the original item is a standard size ordered from a listings drop-down menu. Custom order pieces may not be exchanged. All sales are final. Please follow above steps to initiate an exchange.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your items, using the very best packaging materials on the market. Unfortunately 3-5% of packages in a carriers network are damaged in transit, due to improper handling. When this occurs it is important to take a few pics of the box and the damaged item(s) so that we can initiate a damage claim on your behalf. Only a shipper can initiate a damage claim. Please notify us promptly via message or phone at (716) 901-0562, so that we can set the wheels in motion with a claim, but also to get a replacement order out to you.
